Notes: Sisaket is the first province which have many projects (Lovecare, Teenpart, Parenting, ท้องไม่พร้อม)

Around 32 participants 4 areas from Thailand (Central, North, Northeast and South ) lead by Khun Pawana, PATH Director.

Khun Nong, Pawana ... she is so nice leader friendly, sincerity and good spirit . No doubt why everyone in Path including myself love her. She also be the nice Activist.

The begining we did introduction then mobilized and shared the projects which we never known. (ให้พูดถึงโครงการที่เราไม่เคยรู้ หรือรู้น้อยที่สุด) ... I thought that method could builded us to be enthusiastic person. If we presented something wrong .... the owner project will add and adjust.... eventually we will get more lerning.

My manager: P'Maew Waranuch (letf side). She is very wise and expertist she is my role model.

Very greatful with P'Aor Hatairat (Expert speaker who wore brown T-shirt) she will take leave to be Bhikkhunis (สามเณรี) on 4-5 December, .. she is my idol and also she is belove colleauge of all Path team.

I felt amazing on this meeting All staff have worked hard for helping people and never been exhuased... they were enjoyable ... relaxing whilts were in the meeting.

I am welcomed seem be part of thier family (Both places BKK and Sisaket )... I feel like that.... They are my family!

A Day with people living HIV/AIDS

One of my assignment is helping to set up financial management for PHA leaders to manage small grants more effectively.

We have many meetings such as a preparation for the "Parenting program" to improve the sexualily education, 3 months meeting for updating situation about CL, Patent, Assisting to set up tools for easier working .... or anyelse which they would like me for helping ......for example ....review the financial report , english translation, making presentation .....etc.

Almost those times we had met together, we were enjoyable .... they treated foods themself " Som Tam" or " Papaya Salad" is famously food in here and it's also very delicous!!!

Even we haven't got the comfortable office ... that is not the big problem .... we could run the great meeting ... Our goal is helping friends, Parents, Youth and other for sustaining HIV/AIDS prevention in Sisaket, Thailand.

Youth camp " Wai Rak Wai Teen Club " 10-12 Oct.10

" Wai Rak Wai Teen Club" (English meaning : Teenager Club) ค่ายชมรมวัยรักวัยทีน โดย แกนนำลูกข้าวเหนียว

This club is in the Sisaket College of Agricultural and Technology and also supports from teacher who is in charge of the youth-led activities programe to disseminate HIV/AIDS and sexuality education for their peers. The first batch of the club members consisted of 25 students.

2 months ago, two workshops were held for 47 students leaders from nine schools later formed a youth group called " Luk Kao Nieaw Club".

On 10-12 October, it was a first time for " Luk Kaw Nieaw Club" was empowering them to be the "Speaker" for Wai Rak Wai Teen members.

For myself and PATH team were the advisors who encouraged , guidance and always sitting closely for both groups for helping and assiting them to do the almost activities.

The youth leaders had well done and getting more self confidence and all members teenager club had receieved very impressive together ....... that is my fantastic achivement.

*****know more of our youth leaders ***** : some of them are orphanes, some of them are alone but they have very very big heart for helping other inclued their friends and any adolescents who are facing with sexual problem.... and want people around to get more the sexual healhty and happy life time. ...... That is very impressive for myself

เวทีวิชาการเพศศึกษาเพื่อเยาวชน อาชีวศึกษา ครั้งที่ 4

7 ปี เหลียวหลัง แลหน้า ศรัทธา เรียนรู้ เคียงคู่ เปลี่ยนแปลง โรงแรมวินเซอร์ 29 ก.ย. - 1 ต.ค. 53

เป็นเวทีที่รวมผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมเกือบ 300 คน ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ที่ทำงานด้านเพศศึกษา และแกนนำเยาชนจากทั่วประเทศ
เราเป็นพี่เลี้ยงพาแกนนำเยาวชน จาก 5 สถาบันอาชีวะในจังหวัดศรีสะเกษมาประชุมและช่วยเตรียมงานประชุม เพื่อให้เด็กๆ ได้เรียนรู้กระบวนการทำงาน เพราะนอกจากความเสียสละในการทำงานเพื่อส่วนรวมแล้ว ความรับผิดชอบ,ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ ความสามัคคีในการทำงานกับคนอื่น และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับเครือข่าย ก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่ควรได้เรียนรู้ เพื่อสานต่อการทำงานด้านเพศศึกษาในเยาวชน ให้ยั่งยืน

หลังจากได้ทำงานเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเพศศึกษา เห็นสถิติต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องเพศ แล้วจึงเข้าใจยิ่งขึ้น เมื่อเรื่องเพศเป็นเรื่องของธรรมชาติของมนุษย์ ไม่ว่ายุคใดสมัยใดก็ล้วนแต่มีเรื่องเพศเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้อง เมื่อการห้ามไม่ได้ช่วยลดปัญหา แล้วจะมีวิธีใดช่วยลดปัญหาได้ ….. นอกจากการสอนให้มีภูมิคุ้มกันในตัวเอง …..

· เยาวชนมากกว่า ครึ่งหนึ่งมีคู่นอนมากกว่า 1 คน
· ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีรายใหม่ เกิดขึ้นในกลุ่มเยาวชนมากที่สุด
· เยาวชนเพียง ๒๓% ใช้ถุงยางอนามัยเมื่อมีเพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรก
· เรียนรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษาจาก พ่อแม่ เพียง ๑% (ค่าเฉลี่ยทั่วโลกอยู่ที่ ๑๒ %)
· เพศสัมพันธ์ครั้งแรกของเยาวชน อายุน้อยลง (เฉลี่ย ๑๔.๕-๑๖.๗ ปี)
· ๑๑.๑ % ของผู้ป่วยเอดส์ ๓๑.๗% ของผู้ป่วยกามโรค และ ๓๐% ของผู้หญิงที่ทำแท้ง อยู่ในช่วงวัยรุ่นอายุน้อยกว่า ๒๐ ปี


เยาวชนเป็นตัวสร้างปัญหา หรือ เยาวชนกำลังเผชิญกับปัญหา ????

มาดูเนื้อหาในงานประชุมวิชาการกัน
เนื้อหาในงานล้วนแต่น่าสนใจ ขอเล่าพอสังเขปล่ะกันนะคะ (เป็นข้อมูลอีกมุมหนึ่งที่ยังไม่เคยรู้)

เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทย
· “การรักนวลสงวนตัว “ ไม่ใช่เป็นวัฒนธรรมของไทย แต่เป็นวัฒนธรรมของฝรั่งเมื่อ 100 กว่าปีมาแล้ว

· วัฒนธรรมที่รับมาจากฝรั่งคือ การมีเพศสัมพันธ์นอกสมรสถือเป็นเรื่องบาป แต่สังคมไทยสมัยก่อนนิยมอยู่กันก่อน โดยไม่มีงาน แต่งงาน (มีการฉุดแล้วค่อยกลับมาขอขมา หรือมีการอยู่ด้วยกันก่อน ) การแต่งงานกันมีอยู่เฉพาะในสังคมของเจ้านาย

เกี่ยวกับการศึกษา

· ไม่มีการสอนเพศศึกษาไว้ในหลักสูตรใดๆ คนไทยได้รับการสอนแต่เรื่องที่ศิวิไลซ์ บทร้อยกรองที่ถูกแต่งขึ้นทั้งขุนช้างขุนแผน ไกรทอง หรือ บทประพันธ์อื่นที่เกี่ยวกับเรื่องเพศไม่ได้ถูกนำมาให้เรียน ทั้งๆที่ประพันธ์ด้วยคนๆเดียวกันและเวลาเดียวกัน

· ในปี 53 เด็กที่เรียนจบอุดมศึกษา เตรียมตัวตกงานเพราะไม่มีตำแหน่งงานรองรับ เนื่องจาก ตลาดแรงงานประเทศไทย ไม่สัมพันธ์กับนักศึกษาที่กำลังจะจบออกมา (เป็นที่สังเกตว่า ทำไมจึงมี มหาวิทยาลัยเปิดสอน กฎหมายและนิเทศศาสตร์กันมากมายทั้งๆ ที่ไม่มีตลาดรองรับ) เพราะค่านิยม หรือเพราะเหตุใด

· ทำไมเด็กจึงไม่นิยมเรียนอาชีวะ ทั้งๆที่เด็กอาชีวะสามารถทำงานได้ดีและเป็นผู้สร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆให้กับประเทศ

เกี่ยวกับศาสนา
· พุทธศาสนาสอนในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับเพศไว้ 2 ด้าน ทั้งด้านบวกและลบ (ด้านบวกคือเป็นที่จุติของมนุษย์ ด้านลบถือว่าเป็นเรื่องของการยึดติด) แต่ในปัจจุบันมีการแปลความหมายเรื่องเพศไปในทางที่ค่อนข้างเป็นลบและผิดเพี้ยนไป เช่นการมีคู่หลายคนเป็นเรื่องผิดศีล หรือการเป็นเพศที่สามถือว่าเคยทำผิดศิลข้อสามมาเมื่อชาติที่แล้ว ….. เป็นความจริงหรือความเชื่อ?

· การทำแท้งบาปหรือไม่ กฎหมายตราสามดวงของไทยโบราณไม่เอาผิดหญิงที่ทำให้ตัวเองแท้งลูก หมวดพระอัยการทาสในกฎหมายตราสามดวงมาตรา 94 แบ่งการตั้งครรภ์ออกเป็นสองช่วง ช่วงสามเดือนแรก รวมถึงมีการปรุงยาสมุนไพรเพื่อกินเข้าไปเพื่อ “รีดลูก” ส่วนจะบาปหรือไม่นั้นไม่แน่ใจเพราะพุทธศาสนาก็เกิดก่อน กฎหมายตราสามดวง

· ประเด็นการถกยังลามไปเชื่อมกับศาสนา บางศาสนาเช่นคริสต์นิกายคาทอลิกห้ามการคุมกำเนิด ในอีกหลายศาสนา การทำแท้งถูกตราว่าเป็นบาปมหันต์ ขณะที่ฝ่าย Pro-choice ชี้ว่า การปล่อยให้เด็กเกิดมาโดยไม่พร้อม ทำให้เด็กถูกทอดทิ้ง ไร้การศึกษา กระทั่งอดตาย อาจเป็นบาปมหันต์กว่า สถิติเด็กมีปัญหาเพราะเกิดมาโดยไม่พร้อมและเป็นภาระสังคมนั้นสูงขึ้นในทุกสังคม ในหลายกรณีแม่เด็กได้ 'คลอดแล้วเผ่น' ทิ้งเด็กไว้เป็นภาระต่อสังคม และทิ้งรอยบาดแผลในใจเด็กไปตลอดชีวิต

· ท่าน ติช นัท ฮันท์ ได้แปลศีลข้อ 3 ไว้ว่า “ ทำอย่างไรถึงจะมีความรักที่แท้จริง และไม่ทำร้ายคนอื่น อีกทั้งถ้ามีคนถูกละเมิดทางเพศ เราจะต้องเข้าไปช่วยเหลือ” แต่ถ้าสังเกตจากคนไทยจะไม่ค่อยอยากเข้าไปยุ่งหากบอกว่า “อย่ายุ่ง เป็นเรื่องของผัวเมีย”

· ภาพเขียนจิตรกรรมฝาผนังในวัดเมื่อสมัย ก่อน 100 กว่าปี (ปัจจุบันยังปรากฎอยู่) มีภาพเกี่ยวกับการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ การช่วยเหลือตัวเอง การรักร่วมเพศ

เกี่ยวกับเยาชน
· การให้โอกาสกับเยาชนที่ก้าวพลาด เช่นเยาวชนที่เคยกระทำความผิด ต้องถูกให้ไปอยู่ในสถานพินิจ (หรือเรียกง่ายว่า คุกเด็ก) การเปิดโอกาสให้เขาได้พูดและแสดงความศักยภาพ และสร้างความดีเพื่อสังคม (ไม่ควรตัดสินพวกเขาด้วยการทำความผิดที่เขาทำ เพราะเพียงเท่านี้เขาก็รู้สึกเจ็บปวดมากพอแล้ว )

· การให้โอกาสกับนักเรียนที่ท้องในวัยเรียน สามารถเรียนร่วมกับเพื่อนได้ (ยังเป็นที่ถกเถียงกันอยู่ในแง่ของความอับอาย การเสียชื่อเสียงของโรงเรียน โดยไม่รู้ว่าเด็กๆ ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการถูกให้ออกนั้นบางคนหมดอนาคต และเสียอนาคตที่เกิดจากการไม่ได้เรียนหนังสือ )

ประเด็นต่างๆ ล้วนเกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องเพศที่อยู่คู่กับชีวิตประจำวันของคนเราจนแยกจากกันไม่ได้

โอกาสในการรับทราบข้อมูลของแต่ละคนแตกต่างกัน ไม่เฉพาะในงานประชุมนี้เท่านั้นที่เราได้เปิดทัศนะแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นซึ่งกันและกัน เพื่อทราบความเป็นไปของสังคมไทย เพื่อมองตามความเป็นจริงที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อรวมตัวช่วยกันป้องกันปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นตามมาจากความไม่รู้ในเรื่องเพศอย่างรอบด้าน ………

แต่ทุกคนมีโอกาสที่จะได้รับข้อมูลเหล่านี้เช่นกัน...โดยที่ไม่ยึดติดกับกรอบใดๆ ในสังคมที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นจากความเชื่อ หรือเพื่อความศิริไลด์ที่อยากจะเป็นเหมือนชนชาติอื่น ….. หากย้อนมองตัวเรา เพื่อน พี่ น้อง และญาติของเรา มีใครบ้างที่ไม่เคยเผชิญกับปัญหาเรื่องเพศ?? …….เราวัดคุณค่าของคนเหล่านั้นด้วยสิ่งใด เรามีกรอบความคิดที่บอกต่อๆ กันมาไว้อย่างไรและถ้ากรอบนั้นทำให้คนที่เรารักต้องเจ็บปวดซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า เราจะรู้สึกอย่างไร? เราเคารพสิทธิของกันหรือไม่ ? ถ้าเราไม่เชื่อคนไทย ไม่เคารพกันและกัน ไม่รับฟังกันและกัน ไม่ช่วยคนไทยด้วยกัน แล้วใครจะช่วยเรา……ช่วยกันเพื่อเยาวชนและคนไทยค่ะ

Children who are people living with HIV/AIDS

I've met 10 children who're people living with HIV/AIDS 5 -15 years old.They never had sex but received HIV disease from parents .They came to hospital for taking HIV medicine with grandmums about 80 years old and also elder aunty .. why? .........Parent had passed away from AIDS whilst children were so young.

HIV does not thier concern they need more understanding and counselling from people around"
They have dreams , hope they want to be seem normal people wanting.

วันนี้เจอเด็กน้อยประมาณ 10 กว่าคนเป็นผู้ติดเชื้อ HIV อายุอยู่ระหว่าง 5-15 ปี พวกเขามาโรงพยาบาลเพื่อมารับต้านไวรัสฯ ซึ่งจะมา 3 เดือนต่อ 1 ครั้ง
พวกเขาเหล่านี้ไม่เคยมีเพศสัมพันธ์ แต่ได้รับเชื้อมาจากพ่อแม่ พวกเขามาโรงพยาบาลกับคุณย่า คุณยาย (อายุประมาณสัก 80ปี) และคุณป้า ซึ่งรักพวกเขาเหมือนลูก เพราะพ่อแม่ของเด็กๆ ได้เสียชีวิตไปแล้วด้วยโรคเอดส์

เด็กๆ มีความหวัง มีความฝันเหมือนเฉกเช่นเด็กๆ ทั่วไป มีรอยยิ้มและมีอนาคตที่สดใสไม่ต่างจากเด็กคนอื่น
โรคเอดส์เป็นโรคที่ตอนนี้ยังรักษาไม่หาย แต่สามารถทานยาต้านไวรัสเพื่อให้มีภูมิคุ้มกันเพิ่มขึ้นได้
พวกเขาไม่ได้กังวลเรื่องของโรค .... พวกเขาเพียงต้องการความเข้าใจและที่ปรึกษาจากเพื่อนรอบข้าง

The Youth Camp “ Kla Lamdman” ค่ายกล้าลำดวน

“Kla Lamdman” กล้าลำดวน English meaning “Young plant” from Lamdman plant (Lamdman, Devil Tree, White Cheesewood)


Lamdman is symbolic flower in the Sirsaket province , Kla Lamdman is a group of youth who have worked for against drug, sexuality education, environmental and political.

PATH has encouraged them to do the “youth-led activities” also promotion of youth sexual heath and sexual rights through school education

3 Days for our impression
We had enjoyed with recreation, new friends, senior and all staff (I myself was staff). They had more learning and knowledge with expert speakers from:

•NGOs (Why work with NGOs, what’s NGOs vision)
•People HIV/AIDS (How to living with, how to be the unity and how to love oneself )
•Senior young plants (Sharing experience)

They did mobilize and presented about the currently adolescents problems.
Nowadays, adolescents are facing with drug, sexual health, pregnant , abortion and violence. They had designed which way to prevention



• Self esteem (how to bring forward the power/strange from themselves for working with the social service and community)
• Communication skills (Active listening, Asking, Talking)
I was speaker with this session “how to talk in the community” after the class they did reflect for me with the fantastic level that they very appreciated and got more leaning and they were getting self confidence.

The recreation did not meaning only joyful and fun but it could make them to be more accountability, unity, enthusiasm, respect, empowerment, communication skills, listening, development and the almost one very important for youth-led activist is “sacrifice“.




We had “the unity candle ceremony” พิธีเทียน (ขออภัยหากใครงง แอบตั้งชื่อเอง ไม่แน่ใจเรียกว่าอะไร) that meant individually candle to be consisted the big light represent all of youth can be the good activist and also can be continue working “Youth-led activities” for social, if who are giving up the senior and staff are always around them.

Today I did (a little bit) counsel with the people HIV who are always need other for understanding, some of them are ashamed what they currently are but they have very big hearts and being fight themselve and be hopefully one day they will get a better life. Why they do fighting and not feeling loser? ...... Their kids and families are waiting them ALWAYS!!

I would like to be back to them again if i have a good once chance.I do promise!! ... see you my friends.
